Sam Easton

Sam Easton, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, moved to Jacksonville in 1970. He purchased his first piece of real estate, The Ambassador Hotel, in downtown Jacksonville, on the courthouse steps. After many years working with his father in commercial real estate Sam started Easton, Sanderson and Company in 1979. Sam graduated from St. Francis College with a degree in Economics. He then served in the Marine Corps for thirteen months in Vietnam, where he managed over a billion dollars worth of government assets. Sam enjoys traveling, riding his motorcycle, bicycling, and especially swimming. Contact

Shelly Hamilton

Shelly joined the team at ESC in 2021 as an equity owner. She is a Certified Public Accountant and recently sold a portion of her CPA firm to pursue other interests, namely real estate. Shelly has been a part of ESC for the past 20 years as the company’s accountant and is excited to expand her involvement in a new capacity. She is a licensed real estate sales associate and involved in all aspects of the company. Her education includes a B.S. degree in Finance from Florida State University & a Masters degree in Accounting from University of North Florida. Shelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, reading, tennis, running and taking care of her many pets. Contact

Lauri Smith

Lauri Smith joined Easton, Sanderson and Company in 1984 and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1986. She has an ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a B.A.S. in Supervision and Management from Florida State College Jacksonville. Lauri is the office manager as well as a property manager and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company while managing almost 1 million square feet of industrial warehouse space. Her hobbies include walking, reading, photography, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their rescue dog. Contact

Brian Pate

Senior Associate

Having received his Florida Real Estate license in 2000, Brian has been an active Commercial associate since 2013. His primary focus lies in Industrial Warehouse sales, leasing, and management, granting a comprehensive understanding of the Jacksonville Industrial market and its trends.

Incorporating three core principles into both his professional and personal life – Honesty, Selflessness, and Open-mindedness – Brian deems these elements vital to his success.

Originally from Western Kentucky, Brian relocated to Jacksonville in 1980, settling in the southside area. Initially working in the Architectural & Engineering field as a designer, he eventually transitioned to Real Estate.

Beyond the realm of real estate, his interests include Swimming, Cycling, and Running. Actively participating in Jacksonville's vibrant Running & Triathlon communities, he is very engaged as a member of the Jacksonville Track Club and U.S. Masters Swimming. Contact

Destiney Williams

Destiney Williams is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from Baldwin Middle-Senior High School in Duval County in 2012. She began her career in banking with an emphasis on customer service and relations. She is proud to be a team member of Easton, Sanderson and Company (ESC) where her team has over 40 years of experience in the commercial property management and real estate industry working in Duval County and surrounding areas. Destiney is blessed with a beautiful family and when Mom and Dad are not working, they love traveling, outdoor activities, or just relaxing by the pool or outdoor patio with their children, family and friends.

 

Destiney's years working in banking and customer service provided her with a wealth of knowledge and skills to succeed in her transition in 2022 to ESC. Destiney is currently pursuing her Florida Real Estate License. Contact
